Meet Zues

I did remember one thing today. To ask what Jim's dogs name was.

Hey Zeus, meet the Others. Others this is Zeus.

His bark is worse than his bite... so far. I wouldn't want to get him upset with me.

Check out the new pic's on My Photography page.

  1. Hi Zeus - [thanks Gordon] gosh he is so much like my late Jenny [very similar type but she was the colour of Zeus's ears all over. She was a formidable looking beast but had the kindest most friendly nature.
As you gather I love animals - I work with horses on a breeding farm and consider myself very lucky to do what I love for a living.
Thank's again Gordon, it really is loverly to meet Zeus.
    Regards Stef

  2. Stef,
When I was 18, I would always go to the church activities in Rockford & Madison. That's 1.5 & 2.5 hrs drive. They always knew I would be there. So they started to call me Sterling. I liked the nick name so when I needed an alias I used it. So ether name is good.

I love animals also. I am just a little cautious around dogs. I got nipped by one about two years ago. I am going to get about four Muscovy ducks, 1 male 3 females, as soon as I can get the place ready for them. I always thought it would be grate to have a farm and use horses to get around the place.

The meds, maybe I should start a page about them. It would be to educate and have people be less afraid to get the help they need. LD come to mind although that isn't quite the same. I am very careful about dealing with things head on. I say take the bull by the horns and castrate him. The bi-polar I was suffering 20+ years ago change over night to a chronic fatigue like condition. No depression and no energy. I work for years to try to get stronger with no luck. It has been stable for many years. But the last 3 or 4 I was getting weaker, so I went back on the meds. I think that I have slayed most of my demons, although once in a while I discover one and have to conquer it.

I also know that drugs can have unexpected results. I was on Prozac 20 years ago. I know the the bad expediences some have with it. I am lucky it works very well with me. But again I am cautious, I never want to hurt anyone, so I stay diligent. Thanks though, I don't mind the input.

BTW what is Stef short for?
